Our client is a top tier Investment Bank who are looking for a Head / Senior Corporate Finance transactor to join the Bank in Gabon. Must have a track record of at least 5 years covering M & A and Corporate Finance deals in the region.
Requirements:
7-10yrs investment banking M&A, Corporate Finance or Private Equity experience essential
Preferable international experience.
Covering deals from origination to execution.
Ideally exposure to a number of sectors.
Must have had had at least 5 years experience in origination and executing on deals in Gabon and the region.
Proven track record and strong network within the Western Africa region.
Execution from deal inception to closure is key.

Qualification:
Strong academic background.
Ideally a MBA/CFA/CA or post graduate qualifications.
