Business Development Manager, Saudi Arabia
This global company requires a Business Development Manager who will responsible for the new business development of catering and facilities management contracts in all segments of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
Execute the strategic orientation of the company in terms of developing the business in different segments and activities.
Conduct or supervise the execution of market surveys.
Sourcing the business leads, securing pre-qualification and invitation to bid, carrying out pre-bid analysis, developing the projects costing and, thereafter, its Technical & Financial Proposals, presenting it to the Client and negotiating its signature.
Undertake extensive PR actions with potential, new, as well as established clients.
To be part of building the new commercial team of the company.
Qualification/Experience Required:
University graduate in Engineering, Management or Marketing.
The ideal candidate will have proven successful background in similar positions - Facilities management experience is essential while experience in the Middle East is another plus.
Excellent computers skills are essential
Comfortable doing presentation and proposals
Familiar with web search
Dynamic, extroverted, result oriented person with strong communication, negotiation skills and tenacity.
The position will be based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, but will be subject to frequent travel to other parts of the country in the course of pursuing key account contracts. At least 30% of time will be away from office.
