Our client is an international professional services firm that helps countries to manage critical resources and promote sustainable development.
They are looking to employ and Lawyer (Energy Regulation) to be based in the D.R.C.
Responsibilities:
Consulting to and for the power sector within the D.R.C.
To assess the market and communicate findings with the company
Legal practices, processes, and queries in the power and electricity sector.
Researching and studying energy policies, laws and other regulations within the D.R.C
Dealing with and assessing legal practices and issues with regards to engineering processes.
Qualifications:
Law Degree with power sector experience or an Engineering degree with legal training and experience. Previous power sector experience is preferable.
Candidate must be fluent in both French and English
