Description:
Assist in delivery of engineering design of foundations and building structures to safety, quality, cost and time parameters including the management of discipline engineers and interdisciplinary coordination. Provide support to Structural Manager on site related civil & structural engineering activities as a centralized resource to realize company vision of becoming a world class project management company.
Qualification:
Graduate in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent. 5 years in construction industry, At least 2 years of experience as a civil structural manager on similar projects in a medium to large Project Management company.

Using computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering design documents
Assessing design risk and project cost estimating
Perform field activities to observe and record existing field conditions, take and verify measurements within project area
Experience in authoring technical documents
Cost management and control techniques and tools (value engineering)
