My client is a software consultancy that serves the African and Asian mining industry with systems to improve operations and productivity. They are currently looking for a Software Configuration Consultant to deliver exceptional results to their clients

Requirements

Formal qualification in IT with a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar
Previous programming and LINUX experience is essential
Business environment experience and an understanding of BPM or experience in LEAN or AGILE principles will be viewed favourably
Previous experience in Pronto’s 4GL programming language will be highly regarded
Mining or other heavy industry experience would be highly advantageous
Be highly motivated and self-disciplined to achieve results o
Take a great deal of pride in your work
Exhibit an absolute commitment to deliver superior customer service
Have a very high level of oral and written communication skills in English
Be able to problem solve in logical sequential steps
Hold a valid passport and drivers license
