CA Global: Engineering and Construction (Africa Positions) has a client that is in need of a Senior Project Engineer (Mill and dry-End). The position will be based in Canada.
Position:
The client requires a Senior Project Engineer (Mill and dry-End) with previous mining experience. The role will be focused around providing overall project management from Scope Development, right through to start-up of the Project. The Position will require relocation to Canada for duration of 4 years.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Mining, Mechanical, Civil of Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years Engineering Experience on Construction Projects and/or Maintenance (Mining)
- Heavy Industrial Site Experience is Preferred
- Experienced with Mine Hoist Plants (Friction Hoists), Loading Pockets, Underground Conveying Systems.
- Knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Regulations
- Must have experience working in a Unionized Environment
- Exposure to Brownfield Environments
- Previous Potash project Experience will be an advantage
