Our client is seeking the services of an HR manager for West Africa. This incumbent will be responsible for all HR related functions of the countries activities.
He/She will be responsible for large amounts of local hiring; training, employee relations and being able to manage own and contract workforces.
Requirements:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Experience in Africa
- Previous experience in a similar position in the Mining sector
- Start up projects distinct advantage
