CA Global: Engineering and Construction (Africa Positions) has a client that is in need of a Planning Engineer (Housing / Residential / Urban / Apartments). The position will be based in North Africa.
Overview:
My client is seeking to appoint a Planning Engineer for new housing development projects as soon as possible. The position will be based on a three year contract with the option of renewal.
Requirements:
· Bachelors in Engineering
· At least 10 Years experience in the commercial construction industry
· At least 5 years as a Project Planner for housing / residential / urban / apartment projects
· Must be fluent in both English and Arabic
- Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel
- Proficiency in MS Power Point
- Proficiency of MS Project
- Proficient in working with Primavera 6 (P6) or higher
· project planning of large scale residential development projects
· preparation of work breakdown structures
