CA Global: Engineering and Construction (Africa Positions) has a client that is in need of a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The position will be based in Mozambique.
Overview:
Our client requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in Africa or similar for Commercial construction projects in Mozambique.
Requirements
· Degree / Diploma in QS, Construction or Civil Engineering
· Fluency in Portuguese is a must
· Mozambican Citizenship is preferred
· Sound knowledge of building & construction
· Experience in the Construction Industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage all project estimations accurately for a specific site from the initial estimates to the final figures covering all construction related measurements and resource requirements.
