METHOD SUPPORT / TUTOR ENGINEER- ANGOLA
CA Global: Engineering and Construction is in search of a METHOD SUPPORT / TUTOR ENGINEER- ANGOLA
Technical activities
n Assist with enforcement of the Environmental policy of the Company, compliance with Angolan Laws and international conventions as well as Total/DGEP regulation.
n Assist pre-project and projects for their Baseline studies. Environmental and Societal Impact Assessment (E IA:: and Pollution Prevention Plans.
n Assist projects and assets / entities in securing environmental license and other permits
n Assist assets. entities for the development of environmental studies related to non routine discharges as needed
n Perform training for Environment induction and awareness,
n Insure the gathering of required environmental data for auditable reporting (monthly, quarterly, biannual and yearly) for Angolan authorities, partners and head quarter.
n Prepare the necessary data for the environmental part of the "PLT'.
n Collect necessary data regarding Green House Gas, Flaring for reporting purposes and in the context of "Clean Development Mechanisms" .
n Provide yearly and long term plan (PLT) environmental '<Pis for Total E&P Angola activities. Support Assets. Technical Division and -Secretariat General" in the definition of their own KPIs.
n Centralize HQ interface for the ENABLON issues.
n Support Company entities in the development of the HSE-MS for environmental aspects.
n Manage technical aspects of the Company environmental policies.
n Assist with the assessment of environment risks throughout Total E&P Angola.
n The designee helps for the implementation at an asset and entity level of policy, procedures and methodologies to ensure that environment risks for all company sites and operations are properly assessed, evaluated and managed in accordance with relevant statutory, group and corporate requirements.
Required skills for the execution of the SERVICE;
n Knowledge of EIA standards and processes.
n Knowledge of onshore and offshore and environmental legislation and conventions.
n Knowledge of Environmental Risk Assessment techniques.
n Qualifications: Good degree in Process, Chemical. Mechanical Engineering or other related discipline.
n Environment specialization or 3 years of practices in E&P environmental issues,
n Typically 5 to 7 years minimum experience in an operational or engineering position of responsibility.
n Fluent in French and English. Fluent in Portuguese appreciated.
NB: ANGOLAN NATIONAL WILL HAVE THE FIRST PREFERENCE FOR THIS POSITION.
