REAL STATE SECURITY SUPERVISOR-ANGOLA
CA Global: Engineering and Construction is in search of a LUANDAREAL STATE SECURITY SUPERVISOR-ANGOLA
Context and environment:
-Geographically dispersed sites are involved_
- Low HSE culture from service providers involved, building maintenance, catering and drivers.
-Low responsiveness of rescue means in the city.
- Promote Angolanization.
- Contact with the public, businesses, occupants of the building.
- The environment historically less sensitive to security requirements of IGH.
Technical activities:
-Participates in developing procedures for the operation and security of all buildings, offices and housing managed by the !Division of General Services. These procedures cover monitoring equipment and safety equipment, regular tests of these equipments, drills and Crew training.
-Involved in developing security procedures related to land transport personnel and TEPA monitoring the implementation of these procedures.
= Assists the General Services in auditing and monitoring of maintenance providers.
- Assists Facilities auditing of Hygiene with the support from DHSE.
- Assists General Services in defining and validation of the compensatory measures to be implemented at events (Santa Barbara. celebrations etc...).
-Audit with the Security Coordinator of Luanda the use of work permits,
-Support the implementation of the policy of Hygiene and Health Safety Environment (HSE) set by the General Magement for Luanda Site
-Promotes the HSE policy continuous improvement through the use of anomaly cards.
- Supports the Luanda HSE Coordinator with regards to local authorities including City Fire Department (Bornbeiros).
- Assists the Luanda HSE Coordinator to identify, plan and supervise, with the agreement / final validation by SG 'SUR the training of DSL security officers the HSE aspects and first aid interventions,
- Actively participate in HSE meetings of the Division of General Services and the HSE commissions_
Required skills for The execution of the SERVICE
Engineer. mechanical or civil engineering degree.
0=5 years experience_
Good knowledge of HSE experience is desired.
Knowledge of local legislation is desired.
Fluent in Portuguese, good knowledge of French and i English. Basic knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Pack0frice).or
NB: ANGOLAN NATIONAL WILL HAVE THE FIRST PREFERENCE FOR THIS POSITION.
