CA Global: Engineering and Construction (Africa Positions) has a client that is in need of an Electrical Engineer (Shaft Sinking / Mining Projects). The position is based in Zambia.
Job Requirements
• Degree in Electrical engineering
• At least 7 years experience in the Mining Industry
• Experience in electrical design aspects of high voltage substations, winders with
Headgear facilities, ventilation fans, U/G pumping and conveyors is preferred.
• Experience in project management will be an added advantage
• Membership of a professional institution, (or qualified to obtain membership of
EIZ/ERB)
• Ability to supervise electrical design, construction, erection and
Commissioning, in accordance with project plan/schedule
• Proficiency in use of computers, with knowledge of Microsoft excel, power
Point and AutoCAD/micro station
