CA Oil & Gas are currently seeking an Offshore Field Engineer for our clients Drilling & Waste Management and Environmental Solutions department in Uganda.
Responsibilities:
With the increasing growth in drilling fluids and operations experienced Engineers are required to carry out all aspects of services, solids control optimization, shakers, centrifuges, dewatering and filtration work.
• Provides field technical services to oilfield customers.
• May oversee the installation and operation of oilfield equipment.
• May supervise field service technicians and must be willing to supervise staff in remote locations.
• Assures that products are performing efficiently.
• Performs general training and vise technical assistance to customers.
• May oversee lower level projects.
• Handles special projects as assigned.
Education, Experience Requirements and Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of zero-discharge services and equipment.
• Completion of Offshore Water Survival Training.
• H2S Safety Training.
• Experience managing staff in remote locations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer navigation skills.
