CA Global: Engineering & Construction (Africa Positions) has a client that is in need of an Industrial Services Manager. The position is based in Southern Africa

Overview:

To effectively and efficiently manage all Industrial Services work throughout Southern Africa, so that a high service level to both internal and external customers is maintained.

Job Requirements

Tertiary Qualification – Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
ECSA Registration as a Professional Engineer
Certified SAIW Inspector of Pressurized Equipment (IPE)

· Industrial Service industry experience (minimum 10 years)

· Mechanical Design Engineering experience (minimum 10 years)

· Knowledge or experience in Inspection, NDT and Calibration services (minimum 5 years)

· Oil, Gas and chemical industry experience (minimum 5 years)

· Some project management experience

· Excellent communication skills

· Good people skills

· Management experience (minimum 5 years)

· Good organizational skills

· Good interpersonal skills

· Good financial skills

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Accountable for meeting operations revenue and profitability targets

Fully accountable for all Industrial Services P&Ls

To develop and maintain a high level of service to the customer

To ensure compliance to SHEQ system

To ensure that all information on customer reports are correct and are timeously sent to the customer

To ensure that all customer complaints are immediately resolved and preventative measures implemented to avoid re-occurrence of similar incidents

To audit and give assurance on the integrity of our work to the Managing Director

Responsible for mentoring, developing, training & effectively utilizing all human resources
