COUNTRY MANAGER - EXPLORATION DRILLING
East Africa
Our client is currently seeking a country manager for an exploration drilling contract in East Africa. Preferably a candidate that has current mining relationships and has previously dealt with clients.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and developing of the business within country and throughout Africa
• Managing tendering process
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Negotiation, Financial Management and Assessment
• Employing and developing a team
Requirements:
· Experienced in running a drilling company
· 10+ years experience in the industry
· Commercially astute
· Leads by example
· African exposure
