Top company with operations in East Africa is seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join their team.
The main function of this role is to provide training support to the Process Plant Maintenance team, including training and mentoring local and expat maintenance team members, and develop and implement training strategies and programs, as well as various other responsibilities.
Requirements:
Trade Tested Mechanical Fitter / Machinist essential.
7 years’ experience in the maintenance of process plant environments, of which at least 3 years must be in a supervisory training capacity.
Equipment or plant operating experience.
Previous experience training and mentoring locals as an Expat essential.
Computer literate in MS Office, Word and Excel.
