Overview:
The position will be based in Dubai. Our client seeks an individual of top caliber qualities to join their expanding and globally recognized team. Duties:
§ Provide services for general and international recruitment for the company
§ Advise and create a performance management system for the organizational structure of all employees
§ Design and develop policies for Corporate Communication uses
§ Report to and assist the HR Director in the implementation of policies to the HR staff
§ Create a corporate culture that encourages social and environmental safety, high performance and professionalism
§ Invest and service in personal development of all staff, empowering quality, industry networking and productivity of a superior workforce
§ Supervise administrative duties, record keeping, and coordination of recruitment initiatives
§ Knowledgeable in all aspects of the company, and it’s people for better service delivery
Requirements:
§ B.A in HR Management or the equivalent from a recognized Institution
§ 5-10 years relevant experience in business administrative duties; with a proven track record of implemented managerial practices and policies
§ Relevant experience in international recruitment for a globally based Civil Engineering organization
