Main function:
Management of general services team including the maintenance of heavy vehicles, sawmill and woodwork and roads and buildings maintenance, as well as the management of the warehouses, stocks, orders and logistics.
Requirements:
FLUENT FRENCH COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
Mechanical Engineering Degree.
At least 6 years previous experience in a similar role with a background in the agricultural or mining industries.
Extensive workshop management experience, with experience maintaining heavy vehicles such as bulldozers, trucks etc.
Extensive sawmill and wood work experience.
Strong personality, with previous experience in manpower planning and team management in remote, harsh areas in Africa.
Computer literate.
