ANGOLAN COUNTRY MANAGER
The duties of the country manager include:
• Ensure compliance in finance, legal, human resources management, immigration and HSE as per the laws of Angola.
• Enforce the company Group policies in terms of finance, legal, human resources management, immigration and HSE
• Manage a small local administrative and financial team.
• Manage support to all operations
• Act as Business Development Manager and coach a sales & marketing specialist.
• Formulate, in coordination with divisions, the business development plan in Angola.
The main candidate's attributes are:
• Angolan nationality
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• University degree (MBA or equivalent). Technical degree could be considered
• At least 10 years of experience in administration, or finance or sales & marketing, including a few years abroad. Preferably in an oil & gas company or petroleum services sector
• Dynamic, eager to learn, customer oriented
• Good management skills
• Strong communication skills with clients and the company employees and divisions.
The country manager, based in Luanda, reports to the company / director for southern African states based in South Africa.
