CA Global: Africa / International Positions have a client that is in need of a “Resident Manager” (Hospitality / Management). The project will be in Liberia
Overview:
Looking for skilled candidate with the highest standards for presentation and concierge services
Duties:
§ Reports to Hotel Manager
§ Responsible to inspect all daily functions of hotel facilities
§ Administer guest services for hotel clients/visitors
§ General administrative task in answering phones and questions, client check-ins and check-outs
§ Financial skills in balancing and auditing the books for all facility functions and expenses
§ Coordinate front office duties and resolve problems
§ Purchase supplies or services from outside vendors
§ Interview and hire staff
§ Ensure that staff performance are to the hotel’s standard
§ Directly responsible for rooms division
§ Initiate strategic customer satisfaction and team staff results

Requirements:
Education : Accredited certification in Hospitality/Hotel Management
Experience : 5-10 years relevant experience in hospitality industry
Profile :
§ Good Leadership skills
§ Computer skills
§ Problem solving skills
§ Knowledge of hotel industry
§ Financial/accounting skills
