Process Plant Manager - Chad - Africa
Our client is currently seeking a process plant manager who will be responsible for oversight of the plant operations and contractor, recovery and sorthouse, safe and efficient operations while achieving production and cost targets.
Responsibilities:
• Management of process plant contractor(s).
• Metallurgical processes efficiencies.
• Recovery and sort house management
• Quality control and quality assurance.
• Business improvement
• Planning, budgeting and cost control.
• Safety, health and environmental compliance.
• Staff training and development
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Metallurgy, Mineral Extraction, Chemical Engineering or a related field
• 15 years’ experience in mineral processing production environment with at least five (5) years in at managerial level, including contracts management.
