CA Mining (a subsidiary of CA Global) is an expanding and successful specialized mining recruitment consultancy which has a specific focus on recruiting for the international mineral exploration and mining industry.
In order to reinforce and magnify our business we currently have an opportunity in our Cape Town office that will assume the sole responsibility of business development of new clients on a global base. This is an opportunity to join a progressive group in a part that offers both scope and challenge.
Reporting to the Divisional Director, the successful incumbent will take account for recognizing sales opportunities , securing new business and building partnerships with the players in the industry. Down the line, this consultant will also become more involved in the recruitment cycle.
You will be required to increase sales and business across the company’s key target growth areas by monitoring the markets, mining industry players as well as competitors across the region.
Maintaining and servicing existing clients will also play a pivotal part in the success of this role.
This role plays a huge emphasis on client facing; thus a fair amount of travel will be required.You will need to be able to analyse and prioritise your business, identifying the greatest potential and focus your efforts in these areas.
Please note, this consultant will also take responsibility at a later stage to become more involved in the recruitment cycle.

- Fluent written and spoken English (Afrikaans / Xhosa / French / Spanish) will be highly advantageous.
