Mineral Resource Manager
Southern Africa
Our client is currently seeking a Mineral Resource Manager for their operation in Southern Africa
Responsibilities:
· Co-ordination and management of mine grade control and reconciliation functions
· Interpretation and modelling of all geological data
· Liason with production teams
· Quality control and assurance of all geological analyses / data
· Geological database management
· Geological modelling, reserve / resource estimation, validation and reporting

Requirements
- B Sc Honours degree Geology
- Minimum 10-15 years experience in mineral exploration and / or mining geology. Minimum of 7 years (of the 10-15 years) in mining geology.
- Greenstone gold experience
- Excellent project management skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Expertise in geographical information systems (GIS) and database management
- Expertise in 3D modelling, block modelling and mineral resource estimation
- Safety, health and environmental management
