Our Client is in need of an experienced Services Superintendent for their operations in West Africa!
Your main function will be to oversee the repair, maintenance and upgrade of all site facilities, excluding the process plant.
You will have a Fitter, Electrician, Carpenter and various other team members reporting to you, but will be required to take a hands-on approach.
Requirements:
Relevant trade qualification or degree.
At least 7 years previous experience in a similar role.
Hands-on mechanical, electrical and carpentry experience on site facilities within a mining environment.
Ability to train and mentor local personnel.
Previous experience working with multi-cultural environments in Africa.
