CA Global: IT and Technology (Africa / International Positions) has a client that is in need of an Executive Sales Consultant (IT / Technical Support / Software / Engineering/ Computers / Technician / Hardware). The position will be based in Botswana.
(1) Position available for the advert post. Skilled Technician will be responsible for local and regional market of operations.
Duties:
- To maintain growth curve of the company
- Sales
- Ensuring superior customer service is offered at all times to all clients
- Create awareness of CS products and how to utilize correctly
- Administration and Training
- Research and Development
- Data integrity
- Service to Key Accounts
- Technical Support
- Traveling
Requirements:
- A+ Computer Certification or similar
- Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) other languages will be beneficiary
- 1-2 years Sales/Customer relations experience
- Competent in Customer Service, Training, IT problem solving and Sales
- Driver’s License
Skills aptitude:
- Knowledge of Micro Finance/ Credit industry (advantageous)
- Strong Leadership qualities with exceptional people skills
- Excellent sales ability
- Outstanding communication skills
- Outstanding administration skills
- PC Hardware and operations systems (set-up, trouble shooting and operation)
Stronger preference will be given to Botswana and South African nationals
