Position Profile
Looking for an experienced business process expert to champion the Supply Chain Management business processes and trade training and in particular materials management unit. The position will report to the Superintendent Materials Management.
Main responsibilities include:
* To propose the trade procedures and business processes concerning SCM Material management and inventory from recognized best practices
* To ensure training and development of SCM in best business practices
* To develop and implement dashboards necessary for the follow-up, control and reporting of inventory activities
* To actively ensure the coordination between the mine and the plant site to standardize operations and processes of the Supply Chain
* To define, produce and communicate standard methods, processes and procedures for the inventory and ensuring the "rise in competency" in inventory management.
* To design and develop the business process flow with the trade personnel working on flows SCM-MM ensuring training of personnel and providing training support documentation
* To propose the training on a platform of "E-Learning"
* Maintaining personal and professional development to meet the changing demands
Qualifications:
* Vast start-up project experience in this role
* Strong communications, writing and reporting skills required
* Self-starter, motivated individual that can work under pressure with tight deadlines
* Strong management, training and organizational skills
* Ability to speak and write both in French and English is a MUST
* Ability to travel frequently
* In-depth knowledge of Integrated ERP systems
