Well-Seasoned Recruiter is required by CA Global: Africa Positions. The position is based in South Africa - Johannesburg.
Overview:
• Provide advice and guidance to Business Units on staffing issues, recruitment and placement queries, employment policies, procedures, and processes
• Provide functional backup, leadership, and technical guidance and support to Human Resources Advisors within areas of functional responsibility and/or expertise
• Ensure that the recruitment management system is kept up to date and records all recruitment activities
• Identifying and attracting talent.
• Providing advice & support on best practice recruitment and selection processes including advertising and selection methodology.
• Providing advice and coaching to internal hiring managers in effective interview techniques.
• Keeping up to date with employment legislation relevant to recruitment.
• Building relationships with recruitment service providers consistent with Hatch corporate aims and philosophy.
• Providing ideas and strategies to recruit the right candidate for the role
• Working closely with the HR team in respect to exchanging information and promoting ideas
• Supporting the development of position descriptions, and prepare recruitment advertisements
Requirements:
Education : Bachelor's degree; with a post graduate diploma in Human Resources
Soft skills : Large project recruitment experience
Demonstrated experience in developing and promoting ideas on how to
improve recruitment practices and attracting the right candidate for the role
High degree of professionalism and the ability to work well independently and
work effectively with others
A willingness to acquire new skills and utilize technology to streamline
processes and problem solve
Knowledge and experience in recruiting through social media
Understanding of organization structure, staffing patterns, job design and
recruitment principles, methods, techniques and resources
Ability to design and implement effective recruitment programs, strategies
and initiatives
Knowledge and understanding of workforce planning and staffing principles
and concepts
Client focused with enthusiasm to provide high quality customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous Engineering recruitment experience
Previous ATS or RMS experience
Experience : Minimum 8 years experience
