HSE Coordinator -East Africa

My client has many projects in development in different areas: mining, road construction, energy and infrastructures, etc. and currently have several ongoing projects in the pipeline.
They are currently seeking an HSE professional with a combination of the following exposure, competencies and qualifications required for success:
- Recognized/suitable training formation, graduation/ Degree on SHE
- ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001, Internal Auditors Course. (preference on OHSAS 18001)
- Has experience in similar role preferably in mining contractors’ industry, minimum 5 years’ total working experience in mining.
- Has formal training in Safety and Risk Management, internal audit and familiar with the Behavior Based Safety concept
- Good communications and presentation skills including report writing skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- Medically fit
- Computer skills for role
