Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager for their operations in West Africa
Responsibilities:
- Implementing all HR company requirements
- Recruitment and selection
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Implementation of performance management systems
- Organizational development
- Recommending policy development and documentation
- Employee inductions, development, needs assessment, and training
- Organizational resource planning with Line managers
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary Degree or Diploma in HR
- Must be fluent in English and French
- 10 years’ experience in HR, 5 years of which must be in a managerial position
- Must be familiar with labour laws across West Africa
