Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the business units operate more efficiently through continuous analysis, streamlining, design, documentation, implementation of business processes, identifying any operational risks within these processes, and implementing measures/controls to mitigate against these risks in the most cost effective manner.
Requirements
- Must be a citizen of Botswana / South Africa
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any other related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage
- 5 years relevant experience in a banking environment
- Proficiency in computer Applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Exposure to at least one process/Technology tool (ARIS, Provision, Casewise, Rational)
- Exposure to business analysis tools, methodologies and software
- Excellent planning and leadership skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Very good problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent understanding of risk
