CA Global: Power and Energy (Africa Positions) has a client that is in need of a Project Manager (Transmission Lines / Over Head Lines / Power Lines) the position is based in Uganda.
OVERVIEW
Responsible for the whole project, Works as one point contact for all purposes relating to Transmission and Distribution Projects in South Africa
REQUIREMENTS
- B.E / BTech Electrical / Civil Engineering degree
- PMP certification is advantageous
- Minimum 10– 15 years professional experience in the role of Manager for Projects in the Power Transmission and Distribution Industry
- Technical knowledge of electrical engineering – particularly knowledge of power systems and substations.
- Finance- Knowledge of cash flow and taxation
- Excellent Coordination/ Relationship Building skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to keep team continually motivated
- Must be hard working with a delivery focused mindset
- Excellent sense of ownership and accountability in everyday tasks
