Are you a degree qualified Maintenance Superintendent with a background on fixed plant in the mining industry?
Our client is seeking a well-versed individual to join their team in Saudi Arabia.
Your main function will be to oversee and coordinate the maintenance of all surface and open pit assets.
Key responsibilities:
Supervise the activities of subordinates.
Coordinate the scheduling of all maintenance activities for the mine.
Ensure that maintenance requirements complement operational requirements.
Develop preventative maintenance program.
Coordinate and approve all parts, equipment and consumables.
Ensure maintenance costs are within budget.
Provide regular maintenance reports.
Supervisor the implementation of HSE policies and programs in the department.
Set engineering standards for all off-site repairs and refurbishment.
Train and mentor subordinates.
Requirements:
Mechanical Engineering Degree ESSENTIAL.
10 years’ experience in the maintenance of fixed plant and facilities, of which at least 4 must be in a senior role.
Previous international working experience.
Previous experience working with multi-cultural environments.
