- Establish work relationship with department heads
- Develop recruitment strategies
- Attract qualified applicants
- Negotiate manpower service contracts
- review and examine job descriptions for new and excisting roles
- design and draft recruitment advertisements
- Issuance of employment contracts
- assess recruitment policies and procedures
- compile and analyze recruitment statistical data.
