Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor from a gold mining background?
Top company with operations in West Africa is seeking a seasoned Expat to join their team.
Your main function will be the supervision of fixed plant maintenance, as well as training and mentoring of local personnel.
Requirements:
Mechanical Trade Qualification.
Valid First Aid Certificate.
Drivers License.
10 years previous experience in the maintenance of gold mining fixed plant equipment, of which at least 4 years must be at a senior / supervisory level.
Minimum 4 years’ experience providing training and mentoring to maintenance personnel.
Training and assessing qualification advantageous.
French communication skills highly advantageous.
Planning, analytical and problem solving skills.
Able to lead and motivate a team.
Previous experience working in multi-cultural environments in Africa.
