Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager for their operations in Southern Africa
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the geological team to carry out exploration and mining activities
- Implementation of business plans of the company adhering to rules and regulations
- Formulation and implementation of exploration plans
- Developing understanding of ore economics of the deposit
- Guiding the mining activity as per business needs of the company
Requirements:
- Post Graduate degree in Geology or equivalent
- 6- 15 years of post-qualifying experience in base metals gained in a similar position, preferably with a Multinational company
- Knowledge of Surpac
- Portuguese/English speaking with excellent communications skills (both written and verbally)
- Good knowledge of MS office and Advanced excel skill
