Our client is an established small business based in Windhoek and is looking for a Senior Manager to run the business. They specialise in Trusts, Accounting, Investments, Insurance, Tax, financial advice and many more financial services.
Key Requirements:
Must be a Namibian Citizen.
Must have a degree in Law, Finance, Business Ecomics or Similar.
Role Description:
General Management:
Overseeing all personnel, leave, salaries, bonuses etc.
Responsible for the company’s bank accounts.
Administration – Queries in all departments are sorted, perusal and distribution of daily post.
Assist Auditors with annual Audit.
Understanding of Financial Documents and ensure proper business principals are in place.
Legal Requirements:
Testamentary advice and drafting of testaments.
Administration of testamentary trusts.
Financial Requirements:
Financial Advice.
Overseeing Investments.
(Both General and trust-related investments)
Other:
Desired Age would be 35-40 years of age.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Preferably fluent in German. English and Afrikaans.
