A leading Platinum producer with operations in the North West is seeking a Manager to focus on development, planning and implementation of training policy.
If you are an adequately seasoned Training Manager seeking to work closely with relevant stakeholders regarding training systems and processes, this is the opportunity for you.
Requirements:
· An NQF 7 qualification in Human Resources Development (degree/certificate) or relevant technical qualification
· 5 years’ experience within the mining industry of which 3 years should have been in a managerial position
· Expert knowledge of development/training methods and relevant legislation and codes of practice
· Ability to develop well-detailed reports with
· Great motivator, communicator with great business skills
