CA Global: Africa Positions has a client that is in need of a Senior Marketing Manager. The position will be based in West Africa.
Overview
Identifying, developing and evaluating marketing strategic plans in conjunction with the marketing team. The marketing manager will also oversee the Production manager who will be directly responsible for the operational aspect of the LPG complex
Duties
• Detail oriented with ability to oversee project from origin through execution.
• A proven team player with the ability to perform within specific timelines / deadlines.
• Must possess leadership qualities with high level of Initiative and motivational skills.
• Proven knowledge in customer and market research and Vendor Network Management.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to pay attention to minute details.
• Should have Initiative and show willingness to train others patiently. The Candidate must
• be able to Manage a work force including, Office Staff, Sales and Manual workers.
• Willing to learn and should be able to flourish in a high growth, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Entrepreneurial with hands on approach towards business.
Requirements
• Must be English educated with a minimum graduate degree in Marketing (Post Graduation in
Marketing or MBA qualification is desirable)
• At least 10 years’ experience in the Marketing field of which at least 3 years in a managerial level.
