Our client is currently seeking a Senior Recruitment and Staffing Manager to be responsible for the Africa region
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full Human Resources service during an employee life cycle
- Ensure that a talent pipeline is established
- Manage the payroll service provider
- Provide technical specialist advice to management in the development of short/medium/long term employment strategies
Requirements:
- A Human Resources degree
- At least 5 years’ experience in HR processes and procedures
- Previous Africa experience would be highly advantageous
- Experience in managing a salary administration function is essential
