Comptel Mediation (EventLink) and Provisioning (InstantLink) - 3 weeks Contract in
Riyadh KSA
CA Global is looking for a Comptel specialist in Mediation (EventLink) and Provisioning
(InstantLink) for one of his client. The ideal person will be grey-haired hands-on technical with minimum 10 years of experience on these subjects.
Start date ASAP.
The detailed task list for this contract is the following:
Mediation and Provisioning Action Plan
• Capture current application architecture and solution design
• Capture low-level configuration parameters
• Detail major customization from the base product installation
• Document all of the above with specific sections for
a. Compliance with vendor recommendations
b. Conformance with industry standards.
c. High-level application configuration
d. Integration with other systems
e. Performance Issues
• Assess the above reporting
a. Architectural issues (including deviation from vendor's recommendations)
b. Document compliance with TAM/SID and SOA
c. Operating system parameters and current hardware specifications
• Document the assessment
• Capture future plans and intentions of the customer
• Compare current situation with the customer's plans and your findings
• Document gaps between AS-IS and 9 (above) with a specific section for
a. Recommendations for solutions for the customer's Pain areas
b. Recommendations for improved performance
c. Recommendations for Integrated convergent charging and billing end-to-end solution,
d. Recommendations for online mediation
e. Upgrading Comptel to new Comptel Releases.
• Prioritize issues in the gap and show what problems they will solve
