Brand Manager (Asian Markets) – Johannesburg
Corporate branding. Product brand positioning. Digital Marketing. Do you have experience in these? Have you used these skills in the automotive industry? If you answered yes to these questions, then this Brand Manager job is for you! This individual will be responsible for the full Brand Management function. Experience in Asian markets will certainly get our attention.
Relevant completed tertiary qualification (i.e. Journalism, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, etc.) is required.
8+ years of management experience related to Brand and Communication in the Automotive industry.
Participated in corporate brand or product brand positioning / creative and communication projects.
Responsible for Digital marketing projects, including social media marketing, search engine optimisations, online advertising.
Exposure to the Asian markets / Asian business environment is advantageous.
Rich Media reporting skills.
KOL management experience and resources.
Fluency in English is required.
Vice GM (Asian Markets) – Johannesburg
The Vice GM plays a vital role on the company's medium and long-term goals. This person will be responsible for the company's short-term and long-term company decisions and strategies, and should thus have extensive Operations and management experience within the automotive industry. Experience in the Asian markets will secure.
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in automotive engineering, machinery manufacturing, economics, or business management.
20+ years of experience, including more than 10 years management experience in automobile OEMs.
Rich customer relationship establishment and maintenance capabilities.
Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability and execution ability.
Strong ability to withstand pressure; strong subjective initiative, daring to innovate and break through.
Language requirement: English
HR Manager (Asian Markets) – Johannesburg
This individual will be responsible for the full Human Resources function. Experience in the Asian markets will be advantageous.
Tertiary qualification or above with a major in HR Management or related majors in automobile, machinery, trade, and marketing.
8+ years of human resource management work experience, HR background in large enterprises is required.
Fluency in English.
Have a systematic understanding of modern enterprise human resource management models and accumulated practical experience.
Have a deep understanding of various functional modules of human resource management and be able to guide the work of each functional module.
Be familiar with national and regional labor contracts Laws, regulations and policies on management, salary system, employment mechanism, insurance benefits, training, etc.
