It has been 15 years already! Founded in 2007, CA Global Headhunters was one of the first international recruitment and staffing firms to specifically focus on recruitment for Africa. This was through the vision of founder and former Managing Director Bradley Barr, who noticed the explosion of startups and skills growth in Africa, along with increasing foreign investors' interest in the continent, and saw an opportunity.
Fast-forward to now as we proudly celebrate the 15th anniversary of the company, and see how Bradley's vision for CA Global - a trusted Africa recruiter with a global reach, international clientele, and impressive candidate database - has come to fruition. Although we started in and primarily specialise in serving Africa, since our beginning we have expanded our services outside of the continent, and now recruit for countries such as Australia and Canada.
Our two divisions of recruitment Finance and Mining serve clients within these sectors, however, we are not limited to these, also recruiting for a huge array of other industries. This includes everything from the energy industry to the engineering, information technology, manufacturing, and more industries.

CA Global's consultants are led and trained by managers with years of experience in the African recruitment game and acquired knowledge of various sectors, particularly those that we primarily focus on: mining, banking and finance.
Therefore, each new consultant receives support and training that equips them with solid knowledge of the industry of their focus. What's more, our consultants are not just educated about their industries at the start of their employment. Being a multilingual recruitment firm
We are proud to be a company that offers services in English, French, and Portuguese, with dedicated Francophone and Lusophone divisions.
Not only has our addition of these divisions given us a greater reach across Africa and Canada in the Francophone and Lusophone regions, but it also removes potential communication barriers when interacting with French- or Portuguese-speaking candidates and clients. This helps us to form stronger connections and gain an optimal understanding of their needs.
It has been an exciting adventure (and a hard slog) getting to where we are today and we have many people to be grateful to - the adventure is far from over.
