Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic, proactive, solution-driven and enthusiastic Payroll Consultants to ensure that our contractors can deliver on their jobs without worrying about their salaries. Our payroll consultants are committing to following through with all parties involved so that salaries are paid accurately and on time. •             Liaise with client teams to collect any changes to monthly payrolls for contractors

•             Update payroll software with new customers, contractors

•             Process termination of contractors on payroll software

•             Input and process payroll for contracts under your responsibility on the payroll software

•             Prepare and carry out quality assurance on payroll reports

•             Liaise with in-country partners and clients to validate the payroll reports

•             Liaise with the finance team to generate invoices for clients and in-country partners

•             Ensure that payslips have been correctly generated in the payroll software

•             Upload and share documents on their portals where necessary

•             Perform quality assurance and reconciliation between payslips and invoices

•             Escalate any issues to team leads and other stakeholders

•             Prepare, review and share all reports as per requirements

•             Update finance application with necessary info as per pre-defined workflows

•             Implement and configure new business rules and setups on the payroll software

•             Develop reports and automate processes as and when needed on the payroll software

•             Troubleshoot issues on the payroll software and escalate to 3rd party partners where required



•             Diploma in Business Management, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent

•             Minimum 2 years of work experience in payroll outsourcing services

•             Excellent communication skills both written and oral

•             Fluency in English and French, and any other languages will be an advantage

•             Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Teams, Word- & Excel

•             Sound knowledge of IT Systems

•             Experience in implementing software applications will be an advantage

•             Knowledge of database management and SQL will be an advantage

•             Is accountable and responsible for all tasks assigned

•             Is proactive in reporting on tasks assigned

•             Has solution-driven mindset

•             Pays attention to details

•             Has a good sense of discipline and can manage own time effectively

•             Has a great team spirit and is ready to pitch in to assist other team members

•             Is flexible and available to work odd hours as and when required
