Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Sales Engineer – Crushing to be a part of their team in Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all company Machine sales in the specific territory.
• Develops and executes plans for their territory to achieve market share objectives and growth plans.
• Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers and a given sales territory.
• Works with the customer to fully understand the need and recommends specific standard or modified machine best suited for customer's use.
• Review daily sales reports.
• Review monthly the best monitoring sales report with management to determine if goals and objectives are being met.
• Be knowledgeable about the company product, crushing & screening industry, and competition products.
• Existing customer base in the crushing & screening industry.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing & product offering.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Knowledgeable in Agflow or similar program.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Minimum 5-10 years sales experience in the Crushing and Screening industry.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite.
