We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO / Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital strategies across multiple brands within our group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic and paid search performance, managing a digital marketing team, and continuously optimizing digital assets to improve visibility, engagement, and ROI.


 


Key Responsibilities:


Search Engine Optimization (SEO):


  • Conduct keyword research, discovery, and expansion to identify new content opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for targeted keywords.
  • Implement SEO recommendations across all company websites.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and SEO strategies.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are followed during website development and maintenance.
  • Recommend structural and content changes to improve search engine rankings.


Digital Marketing & Analytics:


  • Execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve paid and organic campaign performance.
  • Analyze performance data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and PPC platforms to drive decision-making.
  • Track and report on digital KPIs and ROI across channels.
  • Support and execute paid search strategies to complement organic efforts.
  • Lead generation through various online channels


Team Leadership & Collaboration:


  • Manage and mentor a digital team including a copywriter, social media manager, and graphic designer.
  • Oversee the social media strategy to support SEO and content objectives.
  • Coordinate and align digital activities across departments and brand portfolios.
  • Provide SEO support and consultancy to other brands within the group.
  • Ensure timely reporting and accountability on team performance and project KPIs.


 


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and team management.
  • Strong understanding of current SEO tools and strategies (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console).
  • Hands-on experience with website analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across various digital platforms and brands.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.


 


Desirable Qualifications:


  • Degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certification.
  • Experience in multi-brand or group environments.
