Job Description:

Our client, an innovative, off-site modular engineering steel fabrication specialist, is currently seeking a Site Engineer to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. The primary focus of this role will be to supervise building projects, with a main responsibility of timely completion, quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing all facets of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Interact and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other site management.
• Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections in co-ordination with health and safety and other relevant bodies to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Recognize and address any problems or obstacles that come up during construction.
• Communicate regularly with project team members to provide updates on project progress.
• Create progress reports for clients and management.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a similar discipline is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a site engineer or site manager.
• Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• A track record of effectively overseeing building projects from inception to completion.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
• Capacity to efficiently prioritize, multitask, and solve problems.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
