Job Description:


Our client is looking for an individual to manage the talent acquisition process for a sizeable/regional organization. Their job will be to hire, train and retain employees within the organization. This individual will need strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills as they will be sourcing viable candidates and assessing their suitability, in addition to ensuring that current staff members are satisfied and productive. They will also be developing and implementing processes and strategies on how to improve and streamline talent acquisition.


Responsibilities:


  • Hiring, training, and retaining employees and candidates.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
  • Determine and manage current staffing needs.
  • Assist and manage employee development and wellbeing.


Requirements: Qualification and Skill


  • Masters in HR/ Industrial Psychology or any relevant field.
  • 8 years’ experience within Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience within the financial/banking sector or a conglomerate.


Benefits and Contractual information:


  • 12-month contract.
