Job Description:


An exciting global sporting client of ours is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner. This role will be critical in the delivery of end-to-end recruitment, strengthening the overall talent pipeline of best-in-class, exciting and diverse talent. The Recruiter will report to the HR Business Partner and contribute to the building and execution of the recruiting strategy, while also working on recruiting-related projects. The successful candidate will focus on the areas of candidate talent sourcing and engagement. The incumbent will play a meaningful role in providing full resourcing services, leading and driving talent resourcing initiatives, and positioning the Company Employer Brand. Collaborate with respective business stakeholders to understand their talent needs and align resourcing strategies to meet recruitment plans. Adopt the best recruitment approaches to drive a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities include building talent attraction strategies, defining interview processes, and handling offer negotiations.


 


Responsibilities:


  • Lead full life cycle recruiting for the client and other assigned business groups
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with Senior Leadership Teams, Client Groups and Hiring Managers by thoroughly understanding strategic objectives and providing solutions to talent needs/gaps
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and champion streamlined practices, workflows, and metrics
  • Collaborate with recruiting peers and the extended HR/People team to contribute to the overall recruiting strategy of the organization
  • Lead and implement standardised recruitment processes, including the identification of best- practices to be used across the client’s enterprises
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to reinforce and improve the recruitment process; provide ongoing coaching and development
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external partners to ensure achievement of recruiting objectives
  • Build a sustainable talent pipeline for the client with strategic recruiting initiatives and other ad-hoc talent projects


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • A minimum of 8 years of full life cycle recruiting experience and a track record of hiring extraordinarily talented people
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in In-house/corporate recruitment
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done in tandem with participating in deeply complex strategy discussions
  • Demonstrated success implementing innovative ways to attract and retain candidates
  • Experiencing leading and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
  • Expertise in building and executing a recruiting strategy, including candidate, diversity sourcing, and interview processes
  • Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and, including applicant-tracking resume databases, internet sourcing tools and CRM candidate management tools
  • Comfortable with writing documents and utilizing and interpreting data
  • Expert knowledge of the recruiting functions, talent market, best-practices, and talent attraction strategies & tactics with the ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
  • Business level verbal and written proficiency in English required, French a plus
  • Solid knowledge of HR systems and applicant tracking systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, Peoplefluent, ICIMS, etc.)
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel to other client offices (Dakar, London, NYC), as needed
