Job Description:
Our client, a leading commercial air conditioning service provider in the Cayman Islands, is seeking an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Service Technician to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC systems across a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to relocate to a world-class island destination while advancing their career with an established industry leader. The role offers exposure to advanced commercial HVAC systems, ongoing training, and full relocation support.
Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults on-site.
- Perform preventative maintenance in accordance with service agreements.
- Work on VRF, VRV, DX, split, package, and commercial air conditioning systems.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and industry regulations.
- Deliver high levels of customer service while representing the company professionally.
- Work independently and collaboratively to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
- Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service and maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, fault-finding, and repair skills.
- Proven experience working with VRF/VRV and DX systems.
- Experience servicing commercial air conditioning equipment in industrial, commercial, or institutional environments.
- Relevant HVAC, refrigeration, or air conditioning trade qualification preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean police record.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to the Cayman Islands.
