No, there are no fees involved for a candidate utilising our services. In many countries, including South Africa, it is actually illegal to charge candidates a fee for recruitment services.

If a client is already in contact with a candidate prior to CA Global presenting such candidate to a client, provided that this is current / recent communication and the client is already in possession of the candidate’s CV, the client would not be liable for a fee to us should such a candidate be successfully employed by them. No, we would not headhunt / poach candidates from active clients, but would assist candidates who are existing on our database or apply to us of their own volition.
